What is time, this invisible force that drives us forward in life? Can we change the rules of time or choose how we perceive it?
Are we, in the end, as eternal as time itself?
The Eternity of Flowers is a puppet show that tells the story of an unlikely friendship between a young dying child and an elderly woman. Together, they attempt to live an entire lifetime in a single day. As the performance unfolds, a simple hospital room transforms and takes the audience on a journey through joy, beauty and hope, while encouraging us to trust the unknown.
Created for young audiences, this inherently playful show sensitively explores the delicate theme of death, offering an
opportunity to approach this complex subject with joy and lightness.
At the heart of our artistic approach lies the process of transformation. We work with simple everyday objects, deconstructing them on stage to create new images and realities. We strive to look at these objects as if discovering them for the first time, in order to reveal their full potential. Thus, our creative process is entirely rooted in the transformative abilities of our objects. A bed and a window gradually transform until only fragments and particles remain on stage, bearing witness to a life fully lived.
